When he learns about the corrupt system run by equally corrupt bureaucrats, he takes charge of the matter. Movie was released in 2012.

Vaalu

Directed by Vijay Chandar, this movie was delayed for a few years for release but somehow made it to the big screen in 2015. Starring Silambarasan, Hansika Motwani, Santhanam, VTV Ganesh and more. 

All in All Azhagu Raja

Even though this movie was a big flop, the comedy was good in this movie. Directed by M Rajesh in 2013, this movie was acted by Karachi, Kajal Agarwal, Santhanam, Prabhu, Radhika Apte and more. 

Velayudham

A group of Pakistani terrorists kidnap the home minister of Tamil Nadu to spread terrorism. A journalist, Bharathi decides to take them on by creating a fictional character called Velayudham. Starring Vijay, Santhanam, Genelia, Hansika Motwani, Saranya Mohan and Abhimanyu Singh. Directed by Mohan Raja in 2011.

Thalaivaa

Vishwa (Vijay) takes over his father’s position as gangster after his father’s death. Then he finds out and takes revenge on his fathers death. Starring Vijay, Amalau Pal, Santhanam.

Alex Pandian

Directed by Bharathan this was a major disappointment for Vijay fans when it was released in 2007. Poor story, screenplay and performance was the reason to make this movie fail. Starring Vijay, Shriya Saran, Namitha, Santhanam and Ashish Vidyarthi.

Pattathu Yaanai

One of the funniest comedies by Santhanam. This movie was directed by Boopathy Pandian in 2013. Starring Vishal, Aishwarya Arjun, Santhanam, Murli Sharma, John Vijay and more. Story about Vishal and his friends come to Trichy to set up a new restaurant business along with business owner Santhanam. However, their plans get interrupted when he gets an order from a local gangster but falls for his girlfriend, Aishwarya.

Kandaen

Story about Vasant’s grandfather sets a condition that he must get married in 30 days. Soon, Vansant falls in love with Narmada and to win her heart, he pretends to be blind. This comedy movie was directed by AC Mugil and was released in 2011. Starring Shanthanu, Rashmi Gautam, Santhanam, Vijay Kumar and more.

Singam Puli

Jiiva played a dual role as brothers in this movie. Directed by Sai Ramani, this movie was released in 2011. Starring Jiiva, Divya Spandana, Santhanam, Honey Rose, Pandu and more.

Theeradha Vilaiyattu Pillai

Directed by Thiru and music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, this movie was released in 2010. Starring Vishal, Sarah, Neetu Chandran, Tanushree Dutta, Prakash Raj, Santhanam and more. Story about Vishal, a carefree management graduate, abstains from taking up a job. Turn out to fall in relationship with 3 girls at the same time and the problems he faces due to that.
